Peter J Muldoon founded Software Holdings in the early 1970s. He has been providing hands-on leadership and advisory services for scale ups in the tech and telecoms space since the inception of the tech industry in Australia in the 60s.
Peter commenced his career with IBM in the mid-sixties and has worked continuously in the information technology and telecommunications sectors for over 45 years. Over this period Peter has been instrumental in the start-up and management of fifteen IT businesses.
Peter has worked in sales, sales-management, marketing, operations, systems design and development, project management, business and general management, strategic planning, strategy implementation, change-management, business acquisitions and integration and business restructuring.
Nick has spent his career in the tech industry. He started his first business, a tech support company, as a teenager to pay for computer gaming equipment and sold that when he moved to Singapore for an exchange at Nanyang Technological University.
In 2007 Nicholas started in a pre-sales engineering role at Atlassian. He shifted gears into Product Management 12 months later and was accountable for Jira Agile (then GreenHopper, now Jira Software). In 2012 Nick moved to San Francisco and became Atlassian’s first Product Marketing Manager for Agile.
In January 2013 Nick joined the Technical Program Management group Twitter and helped guide the addition of over 1,000 engineers to the product and engineering group in his first 12 months at the company. Beyond that he worked with product and engineering leaders in the pursuit of continuous improvement and the application of the lean principles.
Having been an early investor in several tech scale ups and participated in two successful IPOs, Atlassian and Twitter, Nick has experience from go-to-whoa.
